We want you to feel confident in your activewear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the products are in original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized NinjaVan or SingPost location across Singapore.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
